re: webmail error 404 HTTP Web Server: Lotus Notes Exception - File does not exist

I believe that in my previous response, I explained that there might be a problem with the redirector. If you can open your mail file by manually entering your mail file in the URL, then you may have an issue with the redirector.

That is, in your browser, navigate to http://<server name>/mail/<file name>.nsf

If you can open your mail file, then I would suspect that the redirector is corrupt. To test that, turn on debugging in the redirector application. Then attempt to open your mail file. You will see debug information. Does everything look okay?

If not, then you want to make a copy (a Notes copy) of the redirector, delete the one on the server, create a new one using the template, and then make the appropriate changes to the new redirector using the setting in the copy you created.

I hope that this helps.
